Improving The Health of Communities Together
Our Theory of Change
THE CHALLENGE

In recent years, we've seen aid being extremely cut off
by the USA and the UK, and a decline in donor funding. This has resulted in countless loss of lives, worsening childhood and adult nutrition, and re-emerging deadly diseases in rural communities.
We know local leaders care about their communities
and want to improve health and wellbeing. And we
believe that every community has the gifts and skills it needs to improve the health and wellbeing of all its members.
However, local leaders in vulnerable communities are often working in isolation and have minimal resources.
This makes it very hard to create sustainable change in health and wellbeing at a community level.

Our goal is to connect and support local community leaders so that they can take ownership and solve their challenges. And with the current climate, this model is now becoming more effective than ever.
