THE STORY

Tanzania's Mara region is on Lake Victoria's eastern shore. Here, many local groups work to overcome both poverty and human rights violations.

The Cluster was formed by health workers, human rights advocates and faith leaders who wanted to join up and amplify these important efforts. And they've made national headlines in the process.
